Looking back and looking forward!
I have been very fortunate to have had a prolific corporate career in analytics, having driven and led data & strategy groups for Fortune 500 companies including UnitedHealth Group, Oracle, PayPal, Kaiser Permanente, AbbVie, and provided advisory and consultative services at Visa, Genentech, Gap Inc., and Gilead Sciences.
At Kaiser Permanente, I built the Medicare marketing data & analytics team, overseeing $40 million budget allocation, forecasting, campaign analysis, media testing, and advanced analytics including multi-touch attribution and predictive modeling, and grew all marketing efforts across 8 regions nationally. At AbbVie, I led the Enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics team to scale analytics solutions implementation, including the launch of a cloud-based mobile-first Tableau data visualization platform.
On the consulting side, I helped a global retailer identify critical opportunities for growing online traffic and revenue by developing a customer journey framework and mapping it to key leading and performance indicators.
Since moving to professional services consulting, I have expanded my portfolio to serve organizations in non-profit and public sector spaces, while continuing to support corporate and start-up clients.
